If you do not recognize a ride charge, we recommend reviewing your trip details in the My Trips section of the Mobi by Rogers app.
Here are a few things to check:
- Review your trip details
Open the My Trips section in the app and look for the ride in question. The app shows the ride duration and the pre-tax ride fee for each trip. - Confirm the ride duration
Ride charges are based on how long the bike was checked out. If the duration shown in the app matches the time you used the bike, the charge is likely correct. - Keep in mind that ride charges may be grouped together
To reduce the number of small transactions on your card, ride fees are often grouped together and charged once an amount or time limit is reached. Because of this, a charge on your card may include rides taken earlier. - Pay Per Ride users may also see a temporary authorization
When starting a Pay Per Ride trip, a temporary $15 authorization is placed on your payment card to confirm it is valid. Depending on timing and your ride total, this authorization may either be released or applied toward your final ride charges.
All ride charges reflect completed rides that have already taken place.
Still think something looks incorrect?
If the trip duration in the app does not match your ride, or if you have questions about a specific charge, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to review it with you.
