Overage fees, also referred to as usage fees, apply when you exceed the included ride time for classic bikes or when using an ebike. These fees are charged at a per-minute rate.
The exact rates depend on your plan. To view current rates, please check the Pricing section in the Mobi app.
You can also review your rides in the My Trips section of the app to see the charges associated with each trip. Please note that the app displays pre-tax ride fees.
