In the event that you are experiencing mechanical problems with the bicycles such as a flat tire, brake malfunction or other mechanical issues please stop riding, get off the bike and walk it to the nearest station. Dock the bike and report the issue through the Mobi by Rogers App or contact Customer Service to report the problem and the bike number.
