When you sign up for a new Monthly or Annual Pass, you are automatically enrolled in auto-renew to make sure there are no interruptions in your service.
If you would like to disable auto-renewal for your pass, you can do so by logging in to your account on the Mobi App or Website:
App:
- Log in to your account
- Open the Menu on the top left of your screen
- Go to “Pricing”
- Click “Manage offer”
- Select “Cancel subscription”
- Confirm that you would like your plan cancelled after your current billing period.
Website:
- Log into your account
- Click on “Pricing” located on the left hand side
- Click “Manage my pass”
- Select “Cancel subscription”
- Confirm that you would like your plan cancelled after your current billing period.
Since your plan will be cancelled after your current billing period, you will still have access to our bikes until your plan expires. Please note that your plan's rates still apply for any rides taken during this time.
