You can delete your account through the app or website. If you have an active pass, it will automatically be cancelled. If you have a pending charge, your account will not be deleted until the fee has been successfully charged.
App:
- Log in to your account
- Open the Menu on the top left of your screen
- Go to your profile
on the bottom left of your screen
- Select “Delete my account”
- Confirm that you would like your account deleted
Website:
- Log in to your account
- Click on your name located at the top right of your screen
- Select Account
- Click “Delete My Account”
- Confirm that you would like your account deleted
